Anxiety & Depression Relief Online Course
This course by Full Circle Yoga School will introduce participants to yogic practices for a spiritual lifestyle, deep personal healing, and conscious living. The program is open to anyone wanting to learn about relieving anxiety or depression. It consists of five modules and offers the flexibility of self-paced learning and unlimited lifetime access.
You can start training as soon as you enroll. The course instructor, Jolie Wison, will guide you through the course material by sharing her knowledge and expertise in yoga, meditation, and breathwork. Weekly check-in calls provide an opportunity for students to ask questions during training.
