Online Pranayama Mantra and Mudras Course
Welcome to Happy Jack Yoga University’s continuing education course on Pranayama, Mantra, and Mudras. You can purchase this course alone or sign up for a monthly or annual membership. Members will also have access to other 25-hour courses that RYT 200s can combine to make up a 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training approved by Yoga Alliance.
This course comprises five self-paced modules, which include on-demand videos, recommended readings, downloadable resources, and homework. Five live sharing circles are also recorded, allowing students who can’t join to watch the discussions when they can.
