Breathe With JP: 5 Day Emotional Detox

Course program

The 5 Day Emotional Detox by Breathe With JP is a self-paced online breathwork course led by Jon Paul Crimi. It uses guided breathwork sessions, daily video lessons, and affirmation work to help students release stored emotion and build a practical daily toolkit for managing stress, self-doubt, and old reactive patterns.

This course is for anyone who wants to work on emotional baggage, trauma, stress, or limiting beliefs outside of traditional talk therapy, and who prefers to do the work privately and on their own schedule. No prior breathwork experience is required. It is not suitable for people with certain medical conditions (epilepsy, uncontrolled high blood pressure, pregnancy, cardiovascular disease, glaucoma, detached retina, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or PTSD without therapist approval).

The course is taught by Jon Paul Crimi, founder of Breathe With JP. Originally from Boston and now based in Los Angeles, he came to breathwork after years of working as a celebrity trainer and sober coach. He is known for a direct, no-nonsense approach that strips the more “new age” language out of the practice, and has been featured on Good Morning America, The Huffington Post, and The Hollywood Reporter.

Format is fully self-paced and delivered online. Students get 24/7 lifetime access to the course and can revisit any video, audio track, or PDF as many times as they want. The five days are structured as a sequence but do not need to be completed consecutively.

Originally from Boston, Jon Paul Crimi is a breathwork facilitator based in Los Angeles, where he built a following as a celebrity trainer and sober coach before founding Breathe With JP. He now teaches corporate workshops, retreats, and an online teacher training program.
