Breathwork for Love & Abundance is a self-paced online course by Breathe With JP, led by breathwork facilitator Jon Paul Crimi. The program treats love and money as forms of energy and uses breathwork, affirmations, and writing exercises to help students release emotional blocks around self-worth and receiving. It is built around Jon Paul’s grounded, no-nonsense approach to the practice.

The course is designed for anyone wanting to do internal work around limiting beliefs, self-worth, and emotional baggage tied to relationships or money. No prior breathwork or meditation experience is needed, and the course is open to people new to the practice. It will likely appeal most to students who prefer practical, direct guidance over more spiritual framings.

The course is built around three layered practices used over the program. The video curriculum walks through tools for identifying and releasing old patterns, building new neural habits, and developing emotional clarity around what you want to attract. Six guided breathwork audio tracks give you the experiential side of the work — you do the practice along with the recordings rather than only watching about it.

Six writing exercises run in parallel with the breathwork sessions and help translate insight into reflection: tracking limiting beliefs, journaling around self-worth, and building a daily gratitude practice. Two additional affirmation audio tracks and bonus material on the Five Love Languages and guided gratitude affirmations round out the program. The course is taught by Jon Paul Crimi, founder of Breathe With JP. Based in Los Angeles after moving from Boston in his early twenties, he built a following as a celebrity trainer and sober coach before encountering breathwork and developing his own East Coast, no-nonsense style. The format is fully self-paced. Eighteen video lessons, six guided breathwork audio tracks, two affirmation tracks, and six downloadable PDF writing exercises sit inside the course portal. Originally from Boston, Jon Paul Crimi is a breathwork facilitator based in Los Angeles, where he built a following as a celebrity trainer and sober coach before founding Breathe With JP. He now teaches corporate workshops, retreats, and an online teacher training program.
