Brett Larkin Yoga Uplifted: Prenatal Yoga

Course program

Pregnant & Powerful is a self-paced prenatal yoga course by Brett Larkin Yoga / Uplifted Yoga. It blends Vinyasa movement, Kundalini meditation, and Ayurvedic postpartum guidance into a single program designed to support pregnant women through every trimester, prepare the body and mind for labor, and guide recovery after birth.

This course is for pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy, from early first trimester through to postpartum. No prior yoga experience is required, and modifications are offered throughout. It is suited to first-time mothers wanting structured support, experienced practitioners adapting their practice during pregnancy, and women seeking a mindful, spiritually grounded approach to birth and motherhood.

The program is organized in three parts: prenatal practice, postpartum practice, and bonus material. The Trimesters 1 and 2 module includes six classes such as Awaken Your Intuition, Access Your Power, Arm and Core Sculpt, Stretch Into Pregnancy, Relax into Pregnancy, and Graceful and Grounded. Four short workshops cover Pregnancy Posture Lab, Optimizing Posture for Labor, How to Breathe Fully During Pregnancy, and Mantras and Mudras for Pregnancy.

The Trimester 3 module adds seven classes, including Kirtan Kriya Kundalini Meditation, Full Body Flow to Connect with Baby, Sculpt and Tone Workout, Banish Fear of Labor, Kundalini Yoga and Positive Birth Mindset, and Increase Your Intuition. Postpartum content includes four audio lectures on the Ayurvedic understanding of postpartum, living a yogic postpartum, sharpening mother’s intuition, and rituals to stabilize the lower chakras with a new baby, plus a Post Natal Yoga Nidra and a 40 Day Postpartum Kriya Practice video series.

The course is taught by Brett Larkin, an E-RYT 500 and accredited Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) with Yoga Alliance. Brett has practiced yoga for 16+ years, taught for 10+, and graduated over 2,000 yoga teachers through her Uplifted Yoga Teacher Trainings. She also certifies other yoga teachers in prenatal yoga.

The course is fully self-paced and pre-recorded. Students get access to video classes, workshops, audio lectures, a Prenatal Yoga Guidebook with weekly practice plans, and a Pregnant Yogini Resource List. Content can be downloaded to phone, tablet, or computer, streamed through the Uplifted app, or viewed on Roku and Chromecast. There are no scheduled live sessions in the standard course.

Brett Larkin

Brett Larkin is the founder and training director of Uplifted Yoga. She is an E-RYT 500, RPYT, Certified Somatic Coach, and Licensed Massage Therapist. Brett is the author of Yoga Life and Healing with Somatic Yoga and hosts the Uplifted Yoga Podcast.
