Course program

The 108-Hour Meditation Teacher Training by Full Circle Yoga School is a self-paced online program that introduces more than 30 meditation styles and prepares graduates to teach meditation with confidence. The training approaches meditation as a tradition-spanning practice, weaving mindfulness, mantra, movement, sound, and energy-based techniques into a single curriculum.

This training is for anyone who wants to deepen a personal meditation practice, learn a wide range of techniques, or build the foundation to lead meditation classes, workshops, and retreats. It is open to all levels and does not require any prior credential.

The curriculum is structured across 15 modules and covers over 30 meditation styles. Early modules introduce meditation fundamentals, mindfulness, brain waves, binaural beats, neuroplasticity, loving kindness, and yoga nidra teaching. Mid-program modules move through self-inquiry, walking meditation, teaching children, mantra, qigong, mala, tai chi, sound bath, chakra, and tantra meditation. Later modules explore candle gazing and open-eyed techniques, solfeggio frequencies, pranayama, kundalini, emptiness meditation, vipassana, and transcendental meditation. The final modules focus on workshop creation, kirtan, working with spirit guides, past-life regression, and retreat creation. Each module includes video, PowerPoint presentations, printable PDFs, 30 PDF meditation scripts, and guided audio sessions.

The program is led by Jolie Wilson, founder of Full Circle Yoga School, who has over 23 years of study in yoga, breathwork, and meditation. She holds certifications in five yogic practices and teaches from direct experience with 30+ meditation styles and 20+ breathwork techniques, alongside training in sound healing, Reiki, and shamanic practice.

The format is fully self-paced and pre-recorded, delivered through the Teachable platform with a dedicated app. Students have unlimited lifetime access and can complete the program in 15 days at one module per day or spread it across several months. Support comes via email (24-hour response), a WhatsApp group, and optional check-in calls with the team. Practice teaching assignments and module quizzes are part of the progression.
