The 200-Hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training by Full Circle Yoga School is a Yoga Alliance-accredited online program rooted in traditional Kundalini practice with modern mystical influences. The training covers kriyas, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, and yogic philosophy, preparing graduates to teach Kundalini Yoga and register as RYT-200.

This training is open to anyone interested in deepening their Kundalini Yoga practice and learning to teach it to others. No prior credential is required. It suits students seeking personal transformation, those exploring yoga as a career path, and practitioners drawn to the energetic, meditative, and spiritual dimensions of Kundalini work alongside its physical practice.

The curriculum is delivered across 30 modules covering the history, philosophy, and practical techniques of Kundalini Yoga. Students study Prana and life-force energy, energetic healing, kriyas, pranayama, meditation, sequencing, and anatomy. The program also explores spirituality, crystals, and essential oils as part of a broader yogic lifestyle.

Beyond technique, the training places strong emphasis on conscious living and personal transformation. Students are encouraged to follow yogic lifestyle practices including a vegetarian diet and abstaining from alcohol and coffee. The required reading is Guru Jagat’s Invincible Living, with additional materials supplied as PDFs inside the course. Suggested supplies include white yoga clothing, a head covering, mat, block, blanket, and a journal for daily writing and reflection.

The program is led by Jolie Wilson, founder and owner of Full Circle Yoga School, with over 23 years of study and teaching across yoga, breathwork, and meditation. She is certified in five yogic practices and trained in 30+ meditation styles and 20+ breathwork techniques. Her credentials include QHHT Level 2, BQH, Reiki Level II, and trauma release practitioner training.

The format is fully self-paced and online. The 30 modules are pre-recorded, with video lessons and printable PDFs supporting each section. Login credentials are emailed within 24 hours of enrollment. Students can complete one module per day in roughly 30 days, or progress over several months. Lifetime access to all materials is included, along with a student and teacher support group offering same-day responses to questions.
