Full Circle Yoga School: 300 Hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training

Course program

The 300 Hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training by Full Circle Yoga School is a Yoga Alliance-certified online program for graduates of a 200-hour training. It expands the foundations of Hatha and Vinyasa with deeper anatomy, philosophy, energetic practice, and advanced teaching skills, preparing students to register at the 300-hour level.

Students must have already completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training. The program is designed for working teachers who want to deepen their craft, refresh their knowledge, or move toward an advanced credential. It also fits practitioners drawn to trauma-informed teaching, energetic and healing modalities, and a more mystical lens on yoga philosophy.

The curriculum spans 30 modules across philosophy, asana, anatomy, energetics, and teaching. Philosophy includes the full 18 chapters of the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita, alongside a chakra study covering Earth Star, Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, Crown, and Soul Star. Asana covers refinements and creative sequencing, advanced arm balances, headstands, handstands, forearm balances, and a 30-plus-hour module dedicated to Yin yoga.

The anatomy block runs 12-plus hours through muscles, bones, fascia, bandhas, and working with injuries. Energetic studies include Kundalini kriyas, pranayama, the nadis, vayus, and koshas. Teaching modules cover trauma-informed practice, space holding, language in asana instruction, student adjustments, online teaching, sequencing for individual clients, Yin teaching, and presenting yourself online. Additional modules address Ayurvedic aromatherapy, doshic sequencing, sacred ceremony, shadow work, and Yoga Nidra.

The school is led by founder Jolie Wilson, with more than 23 years of study across yoga, meditation, breathwork, and healing modalities, and credentials including QHHT Level 2, BQH, sound healing, shamanic practice, and Reiki Level II. The program features additional contributing teachers across yoga, anatomy, philosophy, and specialty modules.

The course is fully self-paced and online, built around 30 pre-recorded modules with no required live cohort sessions. Recommended completion ranges from 30 days to several months. Students receive ongoing support through a WhatsApp group with quick replies, optional scheduled calls with instructors, email support, and live chat. The teaching practicum involves submitting demonstration videos with feedback, plus gratitude journals and integration questions throughout the course.
