Holden QiGong: The Acupressure and Self-Massage Online Course

Course program

The Acupressure and Self-Massage Online Course by Holden QiGong is an on-demand training led by master Qi Gong teacher Lee Holden. Rooted in a 2,000-year-old tradition of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it teaches students how to use the body’s meridians and pressure points as practical tools for relieving pain, restoring balance, and supporting their own healing at home.

There are no prerequisites. The course is suitable for someone with no experience all the way to experienced energy healers. It is designed for anyone wanting to address everyday aches and tension, build a daily self-care practice, or deepen their existing Qi Gong work with a complementary hands-on modality. Existing Holden QiGong students looking to add acupressure to their routine are explicitly welcomed.

The training walks through the body’s 12 meridians and the most important acupressure points along each channel. For every point, Lee covers indications (when to use it) and contraindications (when not to), with practical examples for back pain, headaches, fatigue, anxiety, neck and shoulder tension, knee pain, arthritis, immune and respiratory support, reproductive health, and hormonal balance.

Beyond individual points, students learn how to combine points into acupressure recipes for issues such as arthritis and inflammation, headaches and migraines, sciatica, and PMS, as well as bonus extra-meridian points like Luozhen, Taiyang, and Heding. The course also covers the theory and history of acupressure, Yin and Yang in relation to the meridians, how to use acupressure tools, and how to layer Qi Gong routines before acupressure to amplify its effects.

The course is taught by Lee Holden, an internationally recognized master Qi Gong instructor, licensed acupuncturist, and herbalist. Lee has been featured on American Public Television and PBS stations throughout the U.S. and Canada, and has helped tens of thousands of students through his DVDs, broadcasts, workshops, and teacher certification program at Holden QiGong.

The format is fully self-paced and on-demand, with over 20 hours of video that students can stream on any device. Enrollment includes lifetime access to all course content and an invite-only online community. Three bonus trainings are included: Acupressure Massage with a Partner, Acupressure & Meridians for Self-Healing Workshop, and the Extraordinary Meridians bonus lesson. A 30-day money-back guarantee is offered.
