iNLP Center: Mindfulness Practitioner Training

Course program

The Mindfulness Practitioner Training by iNLP Center is an online certification program designed for individuals and coaches who want to learn mindfulness techniques and bring them into their personal and professional lives. The training blends self-paced study with required live Zoom sessions and grants a Mindfulness Practitioner Certificate alongside 20 ICF Resource Development Hours.

The training is open to anyone — no prior credentials are required. It is built for life coaches, counselors, teachers, and others who work with clients in personal development, as well as individuals who want a structured introduction to mindfulness for their own practice. The curriculum is described as a complete and well-rounded introduction, suitable for newcomers and helpful for those with some prior practice.

The curriculum is organized into thirteen modules that move from foundations into applied practice. Early modules cover the definitions and history of mindfulness, the scientific benefits, and the difference between formal and informal practice. From there the training moves into the four foundations of mindfulness — body, feelings, mind, and objects of mind — and how each is cultivated through dedicated practice.

Later modules introduce walking meditation, mindful eating, mindful listening, and body scan techniques, alongside kinesthetic, visual, and auditory mindfulness practices. Students also study how mindfulness integrates with Neuro-Linguistic Programming, time perception, and the relationship between ego and self. Daily journaling in a 44-page journal accompanies the lessons, and live Zoom sessions provide guided meditation practice and direct instruction.

The training is led by Fabiola Giraldo, the school’s mindfulness instructor, who guides the live Zoom classroom sessions. iNLP Center delivers a range of online certifications including NLP, life coaching, and hypnotherapy, with trainer support available by email, chat, and phone alongside a private student community.

The format is hybrid. Core training is delivered through a self-paced online platform with 24/7 access to all course materials, and students are required to attend at least eight live Zoom sessions with the mindfulness instructor. The recommended pacing is at least eight weeks. Assignments are an integral part of the training, and certification is conditional on completing all assignments at an 80% grade or better.
