The curriculum is organised into eight self-paced modules covering qigong foundations — understanding qi, qigong forms, breathwork, meditation, and healing sound practices — alongside traditional Chinese medicine fundamentals, including the five elements, meridians, spine and nervous system, and the extraordinary meridians. Students explore over fifty qigong practices and eight full-length practice sets of around forty-five minutes each.
Teaching methodology is woven through the training, with modules on cueing, adapting practices for diverse students, opening and closing sessions, and building confidence as a teacher. The program also covers energetic and holistic integration — cultivating the dantian, effortless and energy meditations, and seasonal alignment — plus contemporary approaches that blend qigong with somatic modalities and the science behind the practice.
Additional content includes emotional release practices, forgiveness and relationship healing, and a business and marketing module for teachers who want to run their own classes.
