The Life Coach Certification Training Program by iPEC is an ICF-accredited coach training program built around Core Energy Coaching, iPEC’s proprietary methodology. It prepares graduates to coach professionally and earn two recognized credentials — Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).

This program is for anyone who wants to build a career as a life coach, including career changers, professionals adding coaching to an existing role, and those interested in areas like self-confidence, work-life balance, relationships, health and wellness, or purpose and passion. No prior coaching credentials are required.

– Core Energy Coaching methodology to help clients shift energy patterns and create sustainable change

– Application of the Energy Leadership framework
– Coaching clients on self-confidence, relationships, transitions, habit development, and purpose
– Use of the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment
– Access to a resource library of coaching tools, templates, and practice materials
– Skill development through mentor coaching sessions with ICF-credentialed coaches

Six one-on-one mentor coaching sessions with ICF-credentialed coaches provide individual feedback on skill development throughout the program.

The format is hybrid: three live training modules of three days each (offered either in-person or virtually, with midweek or weekend options), combined with self-study between modules, live webinars, and one-on-one mentor coaching sessions. The full program runs approximately seven to ten months from start to finish. Students can choose the schedule and delivery format that best fits their life.

Graduates earn two primary credentials: Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). The program is ICF-accredited, so graduates can apply for ICF credentials (ACC, PCC, MCC) as they build their coaching hours. Completion also awards continuing education credit hours toward SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI recertification, and Board Certified Coach (BCC) credentials. An optional COR.E Dynamics Specialist add-on is available for those who want a niche credential in life coaching and transitions.
