The curriculum spans four modules across roughly twelve weeks, though students are free to move more slowly. Early lessons cover asana, pranayama, abhyanga, daily kriyas, and an introduction to rounding, alongside the first steps in Sanskrit and Devanagari script. Students also explore Ayurveda, the doshas, and self-pulse diagnosis, and examine the brain, the biochemistry of stress, and the process of uncoiling trauma.
Middle modules turn to theories of cosmogenesis, the emergence of duality, Vedic trinities, and the seven states of consciousness — including techniques and benchmark experiences for each state. Students study karma and dharma, the path of the heart, and the development of the subtle senses, including work with dharana, dhyana, and samadhi as described by Patanjali.
The final module is organised around five sutra sets. Each set includes an introduction, a sutra meditation, and in-depth study, giving students a structured way to experience the sutras as living practice rather than theory.
