Course program

The Mindful Movement Courses Bundle by Mindful Store combines the school’s two most popular mindful movement programs into a single self-paced offering. Led by mindful movement leader Cara Bradley, the bundle pairs foundational practices for mental and physical fitness with more advanced techniques and deeper insights into mind-body work.

This bundle is open to anyone — no prior experience needed. It suits beginners who want to start a mindful movement practice or build a healthier relationship with the body, movement practitioners looking to deepen their understanding and skills, and anyone at any level seeking a holistic approach to physical and mental wellbeing. Both courses are designed to meet students where they are.

The bundle pairs two courses. Mindful Movement I covers the foundational practices of mindful movement, including techniques to connect with the body, reduce stress, and improve overall wellness. The course is delivered through 10 self-paced modules with guided video sessions, interactive downloadable exercises, and practices led by Cara Bradley.

Mindful Movement II builds on that foundation, taking the practice to the next level with Cara’s guidance in advanced techniques and deeper insights. It includes 12 advanced modules with over 40 short videos and audio practices, in-depth video tutorials, and the Cara Unfiltered series featuring Cara’s wisdom on bringing mindful movement into everyday life. Across both courses, students learn to strengthen the mind-body connection, work with the nervous system through movement, and develop more complex mindful routines that integrate mental fitness with physical practice.

Both courses are taught by Cara Bradley, a leading authority on mental fitness with more than 30 years of body-brain training experience. Cara has worked with Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and college sports teams, and is the author of On The Verge: Wake Up, Show Up, and Shine. She is also the founder of Verge Yoga Center and the host of the mental fitness podcast Daily Whispers.

The bundle is fully self-paced and delivered online. Both courses combine guided video sessions with downloadable audio practices and interactive exercises, so students can fit learning around their schedule and revisit material at any time. Course II also offers personalized feedback and support alongside its video tutorials. Students receive lifetime access to all course materials and can move between the two courses in whatever order suits them.
