The bundle pairs two courses. Mindful Movement I covers the foundational practices of mindful movement, including techniques to connect with the body, reduce stress, and improve overall wellness. The course is delivered through 10 self-paced modules with guided video sessions, interactive downloadable exercises, and practices led by Cara Bradley.
Mindful Movement II builds on that foundation, taking the practice to the next level with Cara’s guidance in advanced techniques and deeper insights. It includes 12 advanced modules with over 40 short videos and audio practices, in-depth video tutorials, and the Cara Unfiltered series featuring Cara’s wisdom on bringing mindful movement into everyday life. Across both courses, students learn to strengthen the mind-body connection, work with the nervous system through movement, and develop more complex mindful routines that integrate mental fitness with physical practice.
