Mindful Store: The Transformative Power of Mindfulness Course

Course program

The Transformative Power of Mindfulness Course by Mindful Store is a self-paced online program structured as 28 daily videos of mindfulness instruction. The course explores the many ways mindfulness can support everyday life, including self-care, focus, community, emotional awareness, and a clearer sense of purpose.

This course is open to anyone, with no prior experience required. Mindful describes it as suitable whether you’re challenging yourself to practice mindfulness for the first time or simply looking for a resource to turn to when your regular practice needs more support. It’s a practical, daily-format offering rather than a teacher training or certification program.

The course is built around seven themed sessions, each led by a different mindfulness expert. Rich Fernandez guides students through discovering purpose. Shelly Tygielski explores self-care as a daily practice. Neuroscientist Amishi Jha leads a session on training the brain and attention. Mark Coleman teaches presence, Rhonda Magee focuses on finding community, Jessica Morey on investigating emotions, and Judson Brewer on unhooking from unhelpful habits.

Across the 28 daily videos, students are encouraged to try a new practice each day at their own pace. The program is designed to show how mindfulness can carry into ordinary moments — supporting clearer focus, steadier emotional balance, and a deeper sense of meaning. The course material is drawn from the Mindful30 2018 and 2019 series, repackaged here as a single structured journey through the core terrain of contemporary secular mindfulness.

The course features seven mindfulness experts, each leading one themed session: Rich Fernandez, Shelly Tygielski, Amishi Jha, Mark Coleman, Rhonda Magee, Jessica Morey, and Judson Brewer. Mindful Store, the e-commerce arm of Mindful magazine, curates these teachers from across psychology, neuroscience, and contemplative practice.

The format is fully self-paced. Students access 28 daily videos of mindfulness instruction along with downloadable transcripts of each guided meditation and audio recordings to guide them through each practice. There are no live sessions, no fixed schedule, and no assessments — the course is designed for daily use at the student’s own pace, whenever it fits their life.
