Mindful Store: There's Nothing Wrong with You Course

Course program

There’s Nothing Wrong with You is a self-paced mindfulness course by Mindful Store, taught by philosopher and mindfulness teacher Nate Klemp, PhD. The program is designed for moments when you feel stuck, offering a structured way to examine the beliefs that shape your daily life and to build new habits that support a more authentic way of being.

This course is for anyone who wants to step back, look honestly at the beliefs they hold about themselves and the world, and try a different way of moving through daily life. No prior experience with mindfulness or meditation is required. It suits readers of Mindful magazine and newcomers to the practice who are drawn to a reflective, philosophy-influenced approach.

The course is organized into four modules. Module 1, The Journey Begins, sets the foundation for the work ahead. Module 2, Awake, focuses on noticing the beliefs and stories you carry about yourself and the world. Module 3, Doing, introduces tools for shifting your mindset when you feel stuck and translating insight into action. Module 4, Balance, brings the threads together into a sustainable daily approach.

Across the 20 instructor-led videos, you’ll work with practical strategies for seeing your beliefs from a new perspective, mindfulness habits you can integrate into ordinary moments, and a personal system for staying grounded over time. The orientation is practical rather than theoretical: each lesson is aimed at something you can apply the same day.

The course is led by Nate Klemp, PhD, a former philosophy professor and a founding partner at Mindful. He is the coauthor of The 80/80 Marriage and of Start Here, a New York Times bestselling guide to mindfulness in everyday life. He holds a BA and MA from Stanford University and a PhD from Princeton University.

The format is fully self-paced. After enrolling, you get access to 20 instructor-led video lessons organized into four modules, which you can watch in order or revisit as needed. There are no live sessions, fixed start dates, or cohort schedules — you set the pace and return to the material whenever you want to refresh a practice.
