Each of the seven sessions pairs an in-depth lesson with a guided Yoga Nidra practice led by Kelly. Session one focuses on relaxation as a skill and foundation for the rest of the work. Session two explores connecting with a sense of purpose. Session three turns attention to core beliefs and how they shape daily experience. Session four introduces acceptance as a practice rather than a passive state.
The remaining sessions apply Yoga Nidra to specific areas of life. Session five addresses anxiety and how to meet it with compassionate attention. Session six looks at transitions — the expected and unexpected changes that arise throughout life — and how Yoga Nidra can support navigating them. Session seven closes the program with tools for using the practice to improve sleep.
Throughout the course, students learn to use Yoga Nidra as a reliable way to enter deep rest, regulate the nervous system, and work with difficult emotions and thought patterns.
