No prior credentials are required, since the included 200-hour foundation is the starting point. The bundle covers the full RYT-500 curriculum across two core trainings. The 200-hour foundation introduces yoga philosophy and history, anatomy, pranayama, over 100 asanas with modifications, mantra and meditation, the chakras and esoteric body, sequencing, ethics, basic Sanskrit, hands-on adjustments, and the business of yoga. The 300-hour advanced training then expands into advanced ethics, yoga mythology, advanced anatomy and contraindications, advanced pranayama with bandhas, drishti and prana vayus, fifty-plus mudras, advanced mantra and meditation traditions, trauma-informed teaching, and a Seva Project teaching practicum.

Students get lifelong access to all training content and can complete the work on any device on their own schedule.
