The curriculum is organized around the 8 Pillars of Mindfulness: Attention and the Now, Automaticity, Judgment, Acceptance, Goals, Compassion, The Ego, and Integration. Each pillar forms a self-contained session with its own video lesson, PowerPoint presentation, and accompanying exercises, giving you a clear sequence you can move through with a client or group over several weeks.
Alongside the core pillars, the package includes 11 additional science-based mindfulness exercises, expert-guided meditations in MP3 format, and a practitioner instruction manual that explains how to structure, pace, and deliver each session. A separate Train the Trainer course walks you through facilitation skills, group dynamics, and how to tailor the methodology for different contexts. You also receive transcripts of every presentation, a guide to delivering the program digitally, and recommended further reading.
