Scott Moore Yoga: Facilitating Transformation with The Yoga of Sleep

Course program

Facilitating Transformation with The Yoga of Sleep by Scott Moore Yoga is a 50-hour online Yoga Nidra teacher training rooted in the philosophy, science, and psychology of the practice. It is built in two parts: a personal deep-dive into Yoga Nidra as a student, followed by a full facilitation curriculum for teaching Yoga Nidra in classes, workshops, retreats, and private sessions.

Teachers, coaches, and therapists who want to facilitate Yoga Nidra for others, as well as curious practitioners drawn to the practice for their own transformation; open to both beginners and experienced yoga professionals.

The curriculum unfolds across four sections. The first, Waking Up with the Yoga of Sleep, moves through 10 modules of personal practice — the philosophy and history of Yoga Nidra, the Koshas, storytelling and mythology, mantra and mindfulness, the Shiva-Shakti framework, and the science and psychology behind the practice. Students experience Yoga Nidra as a path to self-inquiry before learning to teach it.

The second section, Facilitating Transformation, shifts to the craft of teaching. It covers The Yoga Nidra Roadmap and the Yoga Nidra Dyad Roadmap, 15 essential tools for facilitating a session, how to hold the role of teacher, and how to write and adapt scripts to specific clients. The third section focuses on building a teaching practice — public and online classes, workshops, courses, private students, dyads, retreats, corporate and institutional work, paid speaking, and digital product creation. A final section covers integration and graduation requirements.

Students receive over 100 pages of Yoga Nidra scripts, audio recordings of practices, mantras, and pranayama, gentle yoga video classes, worksheets, and retreat-planning PDFs.

The training is led by Scott Moore, founder of Scott Moore School of Yoga and author of Practical Yoga Nidra: A 10-Step Method to Reduce Stress, Improve Sleep, and Restore Your Spirit. Scott has been teaching yoga professionally for over 20 years and facilitating Yoga Nidra for more than a decade, and has graduated hundreds of yoga and Yoga Nidra teachers across his in-person and online trainings.

The course is fully self-paced and delivered online through video lectures, guided Yoga Nidra practices, pranayama and mindfulness exercises, written assignments, and downloadable resources. Students have lifetime access to all materials and can study on any device, including offline. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
