The curriculum unfolds across four sections. The first, Waking Up with the Yoga of Sleep, moves through 10 modules of personal practice — the philosophy and history of Yoga Nidra, the Koshas, storytelling and mythology, mantra and mindfulness, the Shiva-Shakti framework, and the science and psychology behind the practice. Students experience Yoga Nidra as a path to self-inquiry before learning to teach it.
The second section, Facilitating Transformation, shifts to the craft of teaching. It covers The Yoga Nidra Roadmap and the Yoga Nidra Dyad Roadmap, 15 essential tools for facilitating a session, how to hold the role of teacher, and how to write and adapt scripts to specific clients. The third section focuses on building a teaching practice — public and online classes, workshops, courses, private students, dyads, retreats, corporate and institutional work, paid speaking, and digital product creation. A final section covers integration and graduation requirements.
Students receive over 100 pages of Yoga Nidra scripts, audio recordings of practices, mantras, and pranayama, gentle yoga video classes, worksheets, and retreat-planning PDFs.
