The curriculum spans the full scope of a 200-hour yoga teacher training. It covers the ethics and history of yoga, asana technique and alignment, drishti (gazing points), vinyasa sequencing, and breath-movement coordination. Philosophy modules explore Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Sanskrit terminology, and the broader philosophical context of yoga practice.
Anatomy and physiology form a significant part of the training. You will study biomechanics, learn how the body moves through asana, and develop the ability to recognize and correct postural issues — important skills for keeping future students safe in class.
Pranayama and meditation are covered as both personal practices and teaching tools. You will learn a range of breathing techniques and meditation methods that can be integrated into classes or personal practice.
Teaching methodology modules prepare you for the practical side of instruction. You will learn how to structure classes, sequence poses logically, cue effectively, and create an inclusive teaching environment.
