Siddhi Yoga: 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (Multistyle)

Course program

Siddhi Yoga’s 200-Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance-accredited multistyle program covering Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Delivered online from Siddhi Yoga’s India and Singapore base, the training combines 250+ pre-recorded video lessons with daily live Zoom sessions taught by senior Indian yoga teachers, preparing graduates to register as RYT-200 and teach yoga anywhere in the world.

This training is open to everyone, with no prior certification or advanced practice required. It suits aspiring teachers preparing for their first studio role, busy professionals fitting study around work, dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of yoga, and international students who need flexible scheduling and subtitled lessons. The course materials include digital manuals in English, French, Italian, Spanish, and Turkish, and video subtitles in ten languages.

The curriculum spans the core areas required for RYT-200 certification. Students study a diverse range of yoga poses including standing, seated, forward bends, back bends, spinal rotations, inversions, supine and prone positions, hand balancing, and hip openers, alongside the body-mechanics and alignment principles for each posture. Sequencing covers both Hatha and Vinyasa, including how to safely guide students and build balanced classes.

Beyond asana, the program covers pranayama, yoga anatomy and physiology, yoga philosophy and history, meditation, Bhakti yoga, and teaching methodology. Class management and ethics are addressed alongside practicum and teaching practice. The skills section explicitly lists yoga asana and sequencing, yoga philosophy and history, anatomy and physiology, teaching methodology, practicum and teaching practice, class management and ethics, and mindfulness and meditation techniques as the core competencies developed.

The training is led by senior teachers from Siddhi Yoga’s India-based faculty, including Dr. Sumit Sharma (anatomy, physiology, yoga therapy, posture correction, and injury prevention), Shobhit Ghanshyala (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, restorative, and therapeutic yoga), and Yogacharya Sandeep Pandey (yoga philosophy, yoga nidra, pranayama, meditation, Bhakti yoga, mudras, and mindfulness). Siddhi Yoga has been operating since 2013 and has trained graduates from more than 125 countries.

The format is hybrid. Students work through 250+ self-paced video lessons covering asana, pranayama, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology, then attend daily live Zoom classes for real-time practice and instructor interaction. The program includes more than 30 hours of live instructor contact, meeting Yoga Alliance’s current requirements for online RYT-200 certification. Access varies by tier, with the entry plan offering six months of course and Zoom-class access. A 14-day money-back guarantee covers the enrollment.
