The 70-Hour Mindfulness Teacher Training by Siddhi Yoga is a Yoga Alliance YACEP-accredited online program that prepares students to teach mindfulness with both traditional and contemporary grounding. The curriculum integrates Hatha yogic pranayama with modern mindfulness frameworks, building a complete toolkit for personal practice and professional teaching.
