Sounds True: The Lucid Dreaming Training Program

Course program

The Lucid Dreaming Training Program is a self-paced online course from Sounds True, led by author and teacher Andrew Holecek. It introduces a complete toolset for inducing lucid dreaming, framing the dream state as a doorway into the deepest parts of the mind for healing, transformation, and spiritual practice.

This program is open to anyone curious about lucid dreaming, dream yoga, or using the dream state for personal growth. No prior experience with meditation or dream work is required. Sounds True positions the training as practical and easy to digest, suitable for both newcomers exploring the topic and existing meditation practitioners who want to extend their practice into sleep.

Students learn a complete toolset for inducing lucid dreaming through a progressive series of practical video training sessions. The program walks through both daytime and nighttime practices designed to build the awareness needed to recognize a dream while it is happening. Multiple induction approaches are taught so each student can find the techniques that work best for them.

Beyond the mechanics of becoming lucid, the training explores how to use the dream state itself. Students practice using lucid dreams to transform unhelpful habits into healthier ones, to reframe and resolve conflicts that show up in waking life, and to deepen contemplative practice through nocturnal meditation. The approach draws on Andrew Holecek’s background in sleep yoga, bardo yoga, and other traditional dream-work lineages he has studied with masters in India and Nepal.

The program is taught by Andrew Holecek, an author and humanitarian who teaches internationally on lucid dreaming, meditation, spirituality, and the art of dying. He has studied sleep yoga, bardo yoga, and other traditional practices with living masters in India and Nepal. His books include Dreams of Light, Dream Yoga, and Reverse Meditation, and he founded the Night Club community, a platform dedicated to nocturnal meditation.

The training is delivered entirely online and self-paced, structured as a progressive series of pre-recorded video lessons described by Sounds True as easy to digest and practical. Students work through the material on their own schedule. The standalone Online Course Only option provides access to the full video library; bundled tiers also include a one-month free trial of the Sounds True One membership platform.
