Energy Healing Techniques for Beginners is a short self-paced program from Sura Flow that introduces energy as a foundation for meditation and inner work. The course centers on a single idea Sura Flow returns to throughout: everything is energy, and once you understand that, the parts of your life that need to change become easier to move. Students learn how to harness and cultivate energy through meditative practices, with mindfulness paired against specific energy healing techniques.

Three hours of video lessons walk through the core teachings, with detailed slides and full transcripts. Alongside the videos, students receive a library of guided meditations and energy healing practices designed to freshen and uplift the energy in different areas of life. Worksheets with reflective questions and hands-on exercises accompany each module so students can integrate the material rather than just consume it.

The work draws on Sura Flow’s signature approach of meditation coaching — meditation combined with coaching prompts — and is taught to be applied across work, relationships, the body, and other parts of daily life.

The course is led by Sura Kim, founder of Sura Flow. Sura began meditating while working in the investment world on Wall Street to manage stress, then left New York to study meditation in Asia. With more than a decade of teaching experience and a background that spans the spiritual and business worlds, she focuses on grounded, practical guidance for cultivating calm and inner resilience.

Format is fully self-paced. The program is delivered as three hours of pre-recorded video lessons with slides and transcripts, accompanied by guided meditations, energy healing practice recordings, and downloadable worksheets. Sura is the founder and lead teacher of Sura Flow. She began meditating while working in investment on Wall Street to manage stress, then left New York to study meditation in Asia. With 16 years of teaching and coaching experience, she has developed a three-step approach to meditation designed to be accessible to all.
