The course centers on a single idea Sura Flow returns to throughout: everything is energy, and once you understand that, the parts of your life that need to change become easier to move. Students learn how to harness and cultivate energy through meditative practices, with mindfulness paired against specific energy healing techniques.
Three hours of video lessons walk through the core teachings, with detailed slides and full transcripts. Alongside the videos, students receive a library of guided meditations and energy healing practices designed to freshen and uplift the energy in different areas of life. Worksheets with reflective questions and hands-on exercises accompany each module so students can integrate the material rather than just consume it.
The work draws on Sura Flow’s signature approach of meditation coaching — meditation combined with coaching prompts — and is taught to be applied across work, relationships, the body, and other parts of daily life.
