Sura Flow: Meditation for Anxiety

Course program

Meditation for Anxiety is a short self-paced course from Sura Flow that introduces meditation as a practical tool for managing anxiety. Taught by Sura, the school’s founder, the program blends mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and self-compassion practices. It’s designed as an accessible entry point for people new to meditation who want to address anxiety at its root.

This course is for adults experiencing anxiety, including sensitive individuals and empaths who absorb the emotional energy of those around them. No prior meditation experience or credentials are required. It suits beginners looking for practical tools to understand anxiety triggers, build inner autonomy, and start a personal meditation practice they can sustain on their own.

The course is structured across three days. Day 1 introduces the mechanics of anxiety and the foundations of mindfulness meditation, helping students understand how anxiety operates in the mind and body. Day 2 covers seven mindful tools for releasing anxiety and developing emotional intelligence, with techniques for managing the inner state and setting boundaries against overwhelm.

Day 3 turns toward self-compassion through Metta (loving-kindness) meditation, alongside practices for positive focus and reconnecting with a sense of purpose. Throughout the program, students also receive three five-minute guided meditations they can use daily, plus a 42-page downloadable ebook, A Beginner’s Guide to Meditation, that supports the video material. The course emphasizes shifting from a victim mindset to one of empowered autonomy over the inner world.

The program is taught by Sura, founder of Sura Flow. She began meditating while working on Wall Street to manage stress and later relocated to Asia for over a decade of meditation study. With 16 years of teaching and coaching experience, she now trains professionals globally and combines spiritual practice with a background in the business world.

The format is fully self-paced. Students receive four hours of video lessons with slides and transcripts, three five-minute guided meditations, and a 42-page downloadable ebook. Access is granted for one year of unlimited streaming, allowing students to revisit the material at their own pace. There are no live sessions and no required schedule — the course is structured around three days of content but can be completed on any timeline.
