Sura Flow: Meditation for Deep Healing

Course program

Meditation for Deep Healing is a 21-day online course from Sura Flow built around the practice of meditation as a resource for chronic stress, pain, and illness. The program approaches meditation as a way to encourage the parasympathetic nervous system, return the body toward homeostasis, and steady the mind during ongoing health challenges.

This course is designed for health professionals and for people who are struggling with chronic stress, pain, or illness. No prior meditation experience is required. It suits anyone who wants a structured daily practice to support healing — whether as a personal tool during recovery, an addition to a wellness practice, or a resource to share with patients and clients.

The course is organized as 21 daily lessons plus a welcome section, covering 43 lessons in total. Sura introduces a meditation practice on day one, then leads students through self-awareness, focus and visualization, grounding to release stress, yogic sleep, breath meditation for self-regulation, and meditation for compassion. Mid-course days focus directly on healing: deep relaxation for healing, finding peace with pain, remembering inherent wholeness, and developing emotional awareness. The final week works with thought awareness, meditation for self-healing, visualizing health through intention, positive affirmations for balance, finding freedom in the moment, creating life intentions, meditating on the end, cultivating inner-stillness, and being fully in the river of life. Each day pairs a 30 to 45 minute guided meditation video with a recorded Q&A from past live sessions, giving students both a personal practice and additional context for what they are experiencing.

The course is led by Sura, founder and lead teacher of Sura Flow. Sura began practicing meditation while working in the investment world of Wall Street and later left New York to study meditation in Asia. She has spent over a decade sharing meditation and training professionals around the globe, and brings experience from both spiritual and business settings to her teaching.

The course is fully self-paced. It includes one year of unlimited streaming access to 19+ hours of face-to-face video instruction from Sura, 21 daily guided meditations of roughly 30 to 45 minutes each, and supporting Q&A video recordings from past live sessions. Students move through the 21 days at the pace that suits them and can revisit any lesson within the access window.
