Meditation for Relaxation is a 21-day online meditation course from Sura Flow, designed for people who want to begin a personal meditation practice and learn simple tools for stress relief. The program follows founder Sura Kim’s three-step coaching approach and emphasizes accessibility — finding calm, focus, and clarity in just a few minutes a day.

This course is designed for complete beginners. No prior meditation experience is required and there are no prerequisites to enroll. It is well suited to anyone navigating everyday stress who wants a structured, gentle introduction to meditation — whether for relaxation, sharper focus, or building a small daily ritual that fits into a busy life.

The curriculum unfolds over 21 days, with one short guided meditation each day for three weeks. The program opens with an introduction to meditation for beginners and the foundations of Sura Flow’s three-step coaching approach, then moves through 21 daily lessons and closes with a wrap-up section, for a total of 23 sections and 68 individual lessons.

Alongside the daily meditations, the course teaches 15 relaxation techniques and uses three daily journal prompts to help students reflect on their experience and notice changes over time. The emphasis is practical rather than theoretical — short sessions, beginner-friendly instructions, and tools the student can use whenever stress, restlessness, or distraction arise.

The course is taught by Sura Kim, founder of Sura Flow and creator of the Sura Flow Meditation Coaching method. Sura began meditating while working in finance on Wall Street as a way to manage stress, then left New York to study meditation in Asia. With 16 years of teaching experience, her work has been featured on the TEDx stage and in The Huffington Post.

The program is fully self-paced and delivered online through Sura Flow’s course platform. Students get one year of unlimited streaming access to over four hours of guided meditation videos, the daily journal prompts, and the relaxation techniques. There are no live sessions or fixed start dates — students move through the 21 days on their own schedule and can revisit any lesson during the access window.

With 16 years of teaching and coaching experience, she has developed a three-step approach to meditation designed to be accessible to all.
