Sura Flow: Meditation for Sleep

Course program

Meditation for Sleep by Sura Flow is a seven-day self-paced program built around guided bedtime meditations and a short training on how sleep really works. Led by Sura Kim, founder of Sura Flow, the course teaches meditation and mindful practices for people who want a natural way to fall asleep more easily and rest more deeply.

This program is open to anyone who struggles to fall asleep, wakes during the night, or relies on sleep aids. No prior meditation experience is needed. It is designed for adults looking for natural techniques to quiet a racing mind, build a calmer nighttime routine, and reduce stress that interferes with rest.

The course begins with a 35-minute webinar on how sleep works and how to build a pre-bedtime ritual for optimal rest. From there, students are guided through seven 40-minute bedtime meditations, one for each day of the challenge, designed to help them drift off easily and deeply.

Alongside the meditations, students receive a Meditation Coaching Toolkit with coaching questions and tips for improving sleep quality, plus a 10-page workbook for creating an effective nighttime ritual, exploring practices that support relaxation and restoration, and examining unconscious beliefs that affect sleep. The curriculum covers energy healing techniques for better sleep, practices to destress and rebalance the body, mind, and emotions, and seven mindful techniques that can be integrated into daily life for more sustained energy and calm.

The program is led by Sura Kim, founder of Sura Flow and creator of the Sura Flow Meditation Coaching method. Sura is a meditation coach and trainer whose method has been taught to thousands of students around the world. Her work has been featured in The Huffington Post, Daily Om, Thrive Global, and LA Yoga.

Meditation for Sleep is fully self-paced. Students get one year of streaming access to all materials and can download and keep the guided audio meditations. The program is structured as a seven-day challenge, but there is no fixed cohort or required live session. The webinar, daily meditations, coaching toolkit, and workbook can be moved through at the student’s own pace.
