Qigong for Pregnancy by White Tiger Qigong is a self-paced online course described by the school as the first online Qigong program designed specifically for pregnancy. Drawing on the Taoist-based White Tiger Qigong Trinity System, it blends gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to support women through each trimester and prepare them for childbirth.

This course is designed for pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy who want a gentle, trimester-safe practice to ease physical discomfort, calm the mind, and prepare for childbirth.
