The curriculum is organized into five levels. Level 1, Body Mastery (Jing), introduces five core Qigong exercises, the Three Treasures and Harmonies, the lesser-known history of Qigong, and the points where neuroscience aligns with the practice. Level 2, Breath Dynamics (Qi), explores the relationship between fascia and Qi, kinetic chains, Qi sensitization techniques, and sports-science integration. Level 3, Spiritual Depth (Shen), covers the spiritual dimensions of each of the five elements, elemental spirits, and the neuroscience underpinning Qigong’s contemplative side.
Level 4, Prescription Qigong, applies the practice to targeted healing — chronic fatigue, adrenal burnout, low-back, neck, shoulder, and wrist pain, and excessive emotional states such as stress, anger, grief, and sadness. Level 5 covers teaching fundamentals, course design, and career pathways. The Yin Yoga component runs in parallel, teaching passive postures, meridian theory, and breath techniques that release tension and balance the body’s energy.
