Yoga Farm Ithaca: Spiritual Warrior Online Teacher Training

Course program

The Spiritual Warrior Online Teacher Training by Yoga Farm Ithaca is a 300-hour advanced program integrating Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, and the Enneagram. Offered by a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School, it builds on a foundational 200-hour training and emphasizes trauma-aware language, consent, and nervous-system awareness. The curriculum is presented as a learning framework rather than a fixed belief system.

This advanced training is designed for students who have completed a foundational 200-hour yoga teacher training and want to continue their education with depth. It suits yoga teachers, healers, therapists, and educators who want to teach Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, and Enneagram-informed practice, complete their 500 RYT, or refine their personal teaching path within a supportive, community-centered environment.

The curriculum integrates four interlinked frameworks: modern trauma-informed Kundalini Yoga developed by the school’s lead educators with a commitment to trauma-informed language, cuing, and ethics; Ayurveda as a practical system for understanding individual body type and aligning eating, sleep, and lifestyle with seasonal rhythms; the Enneagram as a personality framework that maps nine pathways of self-understanding and emotional patterning; and Lunar Archetypes, which trace four main archetypes through the cycles of the moon and the natural rhythms of the body.

Students learn to design and lead well-structured yoga classes rooted in the breath, mantra, meditation, energetic movement, and physical asana of Kundalini. The training also covers guiding community rituals and earth-based, spiritual workshops, and how to live in harmony with seasonal cycles. Throughout, instruction emphasizes trauma-informed practice, consent, accessibility, and nervous-system awareness, encouraging students to retain personal agency rather than adopt a single doctrine.

The program is led by Jeannie O’Neill, Executive Director of Yoga Farm Ithaca, a 500 E-RYT with a master’s degree in education specializing in contemplative pedagogy. She teaches alongside a team of ten educators, including Sabrina Trapani (Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Mindfulness teacher and Kundalini Reiki Master), Michele France Cooper (RYT-500 and certified Lifebook Leader), and Supriya Shah (Ayurveda specialist). The school has guided thousands of students worldwide.

The format is live online: 24 weeks of three-times-a-week live classes from October 2026 through April 2027, taught via Zoom by lead educators. Each week also includes office hours for live Q&A. Graduates receive indefinite access to all class replays, training materials, and unlimited yoga and meditation classes through the school’s online platform. The program is delivered inside a private, secure online classroom and community.

Yoga Farm Ithaca is one of those rare places that feels deeply nourishing the moment you arrive and somehow continues to work on you long after you leave. In person, the land itself feels held and intentional. There is a sense of care woven into everything from the physical space to the pacing of the days to the people who gather there. The classes and offerings are thoughtful, embodied, and accessible without ever feeling watered down. Whether you are brand new to a practice or deeply experienced, you feel welcomed exactly as you are.
