YogaRenew: 500-Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training

Course program

The 500-Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training by YogaRenew is a Yoga Alliance accredited program that combines a complete 200-hour foundational training with a 300-hour advanced training. It provides the full pathway to becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher at the RYT-500 level, with curriculum spanning multiple yoga styles and traditions.

This bundle is open to anyone, with no prior certification required. Beginners start with the 200-hour foundational training, then continue directly into the 300-hour advanced training. It suits those starting from scratch, existing 200-hour graduates wanting to deepen their training, and practitioners seeking a single cohesive pathway to the RYT-500 credential rather than buying the courses separately.

The curriculum builds from foundational practice into advanced study. Core topics include yoga history and philosophy, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and yoga anatomy. Students work through the six principles of yoga alignment, the five categories of asanas, the five bandhas, and a library of more than 75 asanas with teaching cues, modifications, and injury awareness.

Deeper study covers Sanskrit, sequencing, meditation, pranayama, chakra yoga therapy, Ayurveda, and advanced philosophy. Students explore multiple yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Hot, Kundalini, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Restorative, and work through yoga business and marketing topics. The program also includes a Seva teaching assignment in graduates’ own communities as part of the journey from student to teacher.

The program is fully online and self-paced, with lifetime access to all course materials. Students move through the 200-hour foundation first and continue directly into the 300-hour advanced training. There are no fixed deadlines or live session requirements — most students finish the full bundle in six to twelve months, but you can progress at your own speed. Refunds are available up to 30 days after purchase.
