The curriculum covers a broad range of topics. You will start with the foundations of mindfulness and meditation, then move into specific mindful eating practices designed to help you tune into hunger and fullness signals, recognize emotional eating patterns, and develop a more intentional approach to meals.
The program includes practical tools throughout. There are five guided mindfulness meditations, nine structured mindful eating practices, one mindful walking practice, and one mindful movement session rooted in yoga. You will also work through practice logs and inquiry sheets that help you apply what you learn to daily life.
Nutrition fundamentals are woven into the curriculum, covering food basics without prescribing rigid dietary rules. The course also addresses eating disorders at an overview level, offering context for understanding disordered eating patterns and how mindful eating differs from traditional dieting approaches.
Body image is another key focus area. The program explores how body perception affects eating behavior and provides frameworks for developing a more grounded, accepting relationship with your body.
