Brian Clark is one of Australia’s leading astrologers, with more than 50 years of practice and teaching since 1972. He founded Astro*Synthesis in Melbourne in 1986, an applied astrology training program that has educated multiple generations of professional astrologers across Australia and internationally.
He holds an MA and BA (Hons) in Classics and Archaeology from the University of Melbourne, a background that informs his work on archetype, myth, and the symbolic foundations of astrology. He is the author of eight books, including From the Moment We Met: The Astrology of Adult Relationships, The Sibling Constellation, Soul, Symbol & Imagination, Astrological Time, and Celestial Tarot. His writing has been translated into multiple languages, and he has lectured across Asia, Europe, and North America, including faculty work at the Oxford Summer School.
Brian has served as national president of both the Federation of Australian Astrologers and the Fraternity for Canadian Astrologers, and as chairman of the Association of Professional Astrologers. He is a Life Member of the FAA, APA, and Victorian Astrologers Association, and is a registered FAA Accredited Astrology Teacher. He has been twice nominated for the international Regulus Award.
