Christopher Grant

Christopher Grant is the founder of Great Energy and the lead teacher of the Great Energy Healing Qigong Immersion & Level 1 Certification. He has studied qigong, yoga, and meditation for around 30 years and holds a Qigong Teacher Trainer credential alongside RYT-500 with Yoga Alliance. His teaching focuses on practical qigong for nervous-system regulation, immune and hormonal support, and building a daily healing practice rooted in simplicity and consistency. Through Great Energy, Christopher has helped over 10,000 students explore qigong and has trained teachers across the US and internationally. He leads weekly live qigong and Q&A sessions, offers one-on-one mentorship to certification students, and integrates traditional Chinese medicine, somatic movement, and modern health theory into his curriculum.
