Daniela Hess co-teaches the Great Energy Healing Qigong Immersion & Level 1 Certification alongside Christopher Grant. She holds an MSEd, a CTACC coaching certification, and RYT-500 with Yoga Alliance. Her work centers on somatic movement, healing, grief support, midlife mastery, and coaching for people with autoimmune conditions. Within the Great Energy program she helps students understand how qigong supports nervous-system regulation and emotional release, and she leads lectures and Q&A sessions each week alongside Christopher. Her teaching approach blends education, coaching, and experiential practice, with a particular focus on students navigating midlife transitions or chronic health challenges.
