G Ross Clark is the founder of The Mindful Coach and a teacher of the original Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He holds certifications as an M.B.S.R. trainer from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, an M.B.C.T. (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) trainer from the University of Toronto, a Mindfulness Based Eating Awareness (MB-EAT) trainer from Indiana State University, a Chronic Disease Self-Management trainer from Stafford University in California, and a Master Life Coach specializing in Anxiety Reduction through the Certified Coaches Federation in Toronto. He trained as a Vipassana and Jhana meditation teacher in Kandy, Sri Lanka.

Ross has delivered mindfulness training across business, education, and healthcare sectors. His clients include York University, the University of Waterloo, the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, the City of Kitchener, Inland Revenue New Zealand, the Department of National Defense, St Joseph Hospital in Guelph, the Complementary Healing Arts Clinic in Cambridge, and the University of Florida, where he serves as a mindfulness consultant. He is also a member of the Professional Speakers Federation.
