Hanna von Hafenbrädl

yoga teacher training expert

Hanna von Hafenbrädl is the Founder and Director of Education of Happy Jack Yoga University, a Yoga Alliance accredited educational institute. Her yoga journey began in 2007 after she unexpectedly lost her husband to a virus and her psychotherapist recommended yoga to help with grief. What began as a support system became a lifelong devotion to practice blending philosophy, meditation, breath, and restorative tools.

Today, Hanna teaches and mentors through Happy Jack Yoga University, weaving restorative practice, spirituality, and modern psychoeducation into a heart-centred approach. She supports students and clients with nervous system regulation, self-compassion, emotional resilience, and meaningful change — without pressure, performance, or perfection.

Hanna is an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, a yoga therapist, and a Grief Support Practitioner. She offers 1:1 yoga therapy sessions and is completing master’s-level training in Integrative Yoga Psychotherapy in London, UK. Fluent in seven languages, she holds a background in graphic design and illustration from Istituto Europeo Di Design in Milan.
