Jon Kabat-Zinn is the founder of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and founding director of the Stress Reduction Clinic at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He is a pioneer of secular mindfulness practice and has authored several books on meditation and mindful living.
