Lucy Foster-Perkins is a co-founder of The Whole Health Project and a teacher of meditation, yoga, and trauma-aware facilitation. She began her meditation practice in 2013 during her yoga teacher training and has since explored a wide range of contemplative approaches, including mantra, visualization, hypnotherapy, and manifestation. Her study of non-duality teachings under Mooji and Rupert Spira has shaped a grounded, awareness-based style of teaching that she brings into The Whole Health Project’s online training programs. Alongside Rachel Fearnley, she leads the school’s meditation, breathwork, and facilitation trainings.
