Maria Frisch is the senior lead teacher at The Peaceful Warriors Yoga School, where she guides students through the school’s teacher training and business programs. Her yoga journey began during travels through Southeast Asia in 2013, and she went on to complete her Yoga Alliance registered Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Power of Now Oasis in Bali.
Over more than eight years of practice, Maria has deepened her expertise across multiple styles and modalities. Her credentials include Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, FlyHigh Yoga, and Acroyoga certifications, a 100-hour Thai Yoga Massage training, and a specialization in prenatal yoga. This breadth allows her to offer a well-rounded perspective on yoga as both a personal practice and a teaching path.
Within The Peaceful Warriors curriculum, Maria leads the Business for Yogis module, drawing on her experience to help aspiring teachers translate their training into sustainable careers.
