Nate Klemp, PhD, is a writer and mindfulness teacher whose work bridges philosophy and contemporary practice. He is a former philosophy professor and a founding partner at Mindful, the magazine and publisher dedicated to mindfulness, meditation, and mental wellbeing.
He is the coauthor of The 80/80 Marriage: A New Model for Happier, Stronger Relationship, and of Start Here, a New York Times bestselling guide to mindfulness in the real world. His teaching focuses on practical tools for shifting mindset, examining the beliefs that shape daily life, and building habits that support a more authentic way of being.
Nate received his BA and MA from Stanford University and his PhD from Princeton University.
