Pamela Miles

Pamela Miles is an international Reiki master who has been practicing since 1986 and is widely recognized as a foremost Medical Reiki expert. Since the 1990s she has pioneered the integration of Reiki practice into conventional health care, working with academic medical centers including Harvard, Yale, the NIH, and New York-Presbyterian/Columbia, and helping hospitals and businesses bring the benefits of Reiki to their staff. She teaches traditional First Degree Reiki in the lineage of Hawayo Takata, who brought Reiki from Japan to the United States, preserving the original practice without later additions. Pamela is the author of the award-winning REIKI: A Comprehensive Guide, written for the general public and healthcare providers, and emphasizes daily self practice, spiritual grounding, and a credible, science-respecting understanding of Reiki.
