Patricia Rockman is a physician with a focused practice in mental health and mindfulness based programs. She is a clinician, public speaker, and published author. She trains and mentors healthcare providers in the delivery of clinical mindfulness nationally and internationally. She co-founded the Centre for Mindfulness Studies and is an associate professor at the University of Toronto, Department of Family Medicine. Her teaching covers MBSR, clinical mindfulness, self-compassion, and practical tools for stress, shame, and habitual reactivity — including work on how mindfulness intersects with diverse and underserved communities.
