Rachel Fearnley is a co-founder of The Whole Health Project and a teacher of meditation, yoga, and trauma-aware facilitation. She began her meditation practice after completing her yoga teacher training and has since explored a broad spectrum of approaches, including mantra, visualization, loving kindness, and movement meditation. She teaches from a long-standing daily practice and emphasizes the practical benefits that a consistent sit can bring into everyday life. Together with Lucy Foster-Perkins, she co-leads The Whole Health Project’s online meditation, breathwork, and facilitation trainings.
