Rachel Scott is the program director of DoYogaWithMe’s 200-hour online yoga teacher training. A self-described “teacher’s teacher,” she has spent thousands of hours leading teacher trainings and mentoring teachers since 2007.
Before DoYogaWithMe, Rachel built and directed the Teachers College for YYoga, a national Canadian yoga company, for more than seven years. She holds an MSc in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies and a BA from Columbia University, along with additional professional certifications in Online Quality Learning (QM Matters). As a licensed massage therapist and anatomy specialist, she has spent hundreds of hours in the cadaver lab.
Rachel is the author of six books, including Yoga for Mind, Body & Spirit, Living Yoga, The Little Book of Yoga Practices, and Head Over Heels: A Yogis’ Guide to Dating. She is an international presenter at yoga conferences including Wanderlust, Omega, and the Northwest Yoga Conference, and a contributor to publications including the Huffington Post, Yoga International, and YogaU Online.
