Scott Moore is the founder of Scott Moore School of Yoga and the lead teacher behind Facilitating Transformation with The Yoga of Sleep. He has been teaching yoga professionally for over 20 years and facilitating Yoga Nidra for more than a decade, completing his first Yoga Nidra teacher training in 2008. He is the author of Practical Yoga Nidra: A 10-Step Method to Reduce Stress, Improve Sleep, and Restore Your Spirit, along with additional titles, and writes for several yoga publications. Scott has graduated hundreds of yoga and Yoga Nidra teachers through his trainings, leads international yoga retreats, and is currently based in Southern France.
