Stella Attwood is the lead teacher of Loka Yoga School’s Online Yoga Mechanics Training. The school describes her as a well-known expert who has worked professionally in her specialised field for over 12 years.
Her teaching spans yoga, Pilates, functional range conditioning, yoga therapy, the Garuda method, prenatal and post-natal exercise, Barre fitness, Aerial fitness, personal training, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, pain science, and evidence-based movement and rehabilitation. Within the Yoga Mechanics course she focuses on biomechanics, mobility work, stretching physiology, and applying these principles to teach yoga safely to bodies of all ages and abilities.
