Sura is the founder and lead teacher of Sura Flow. Her path to meditation started during her years working in the investment world of Wall Street, where constant stress drove her to seek a sustainable way to stay grounded. Meditation changed her mindset and way of life so profoundly that she left New York to study the practice extensively in Asia.
With 16 years of teaching and coaching experience, Sura has crafted a simple three-step approach to meditation focused on accessibility, stress reduction, and cultivating calm. She teaches students how to build a personal practice and how to guide others through meditation with clarity and confidence.
Sura’s work has been featured in The Huffington Post and on the TEDx stage. Today she trains aspiring meditation teachers and coaches through Sura Flow’s programs, which are recognized by The Meditation Coaching Alliance.
